The Osiris class vessels are the first controlled, multistage spacecraft capable of orbit.
Powered by kerosene and liquid oxygen fuelled engines, they only have very basic controls the engines cannot be throttled or fired multiple times.
There purpose is to pave the way for more complex missions by finding efficient launch trajectories and reentry paths.
